My first visit. Dr. did not ask any questions or discuss anything. Very quiet. I asked about hormones and hormone replacement, which are on the intake forms, but hormone replacement is not offered. I wrote concerns on my intake form that were not addressed because I don't believe she reviewed my forms—just an overall odd experience for a new patient appointment. The office was not busy and she performed my exam quickly.
